Growing up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and rural Michigan, my love for hunting and the outdoors blossomed early. And from early on, I’ve soaked up as much information as possible about everything firearms and hunting related. My passion for the outdoors only naturally deepened as I delved further into that world. Now, with over two decades of hunting experience under my belt and deep-rooted expertise in gun-making, I’m eager to share my wisdom and passion with you.
Now residing in the idyllic countryside of rural central Michigan, I’ve spent more than three decades honing my skills as a machinist and fabricator. Competing in long-range shooting matches has taught me the importance of precision and accuracy. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, I began crafting my own match rifles, ensuring each component met the rigorous demands of the sport. As I grew my knowledge of developing optimum rifles, the process also sharpened my skills as a competitor and shooter.
These days, I continue to further my passion for building firearms and spend my days at the range and writing on topics revolving around firearms and hunting.
