Hey there! I’m Alice Jones Webb, a life-long hunter and experienced shooter with a strong passion for the great outdoors. Starting from my early days, I’ve grown up flinging arrows and bullets at Virginia whitetails, turkeys, and game birds, but my favorite type of hunt is chasing bull elk in the backcountry of Colorado. Hunting is a fundamental part of my life and I’ve amassed an extensive amount of experience since. And as a mother to four up-and-coming shooting and outdoor enthusiasts, I enjoy imparting my love for hunting, shooting, and outdoor sports to future generations. Beyond my fervent hunting and shooting pursuits, I’m a writer that specializes in content for the outdoors, survival, and firearms industry. I enjoy sharing my garnered knowledge from over the years with others just getting into the field, whether that be about hunting game, shooting rounds, launching arrows, or techniques to get by in the wild, and it’s a blast getting to help them develop their interest and passion for it too.
Never one to sit still and look pretty, I am a certified self-defense instructor in my community and like to devote my time to educating others in a craft I believe is vital and necessary and can help them stay safe. I’m also a competitive archer, a passion I’ve developed since my youth, and I’ve competed in many local and national competitions over the years.
